Article 1

The terms

The terms and conditions of Byoux Mex-up apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries. When you order an item, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact us through info@mex-up.nl.

Article 2

The orders

The agreement is binding when you place an order. We process the orders after payment has been received. Until then, Byoux Mex-up is the owner of the products. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

All our products are handmade and may differ slightly as a result. Byoux Mex-up has the right to refuse an order and to terminate an agreement and reserves the right to amend images and texts on the website without prior notice.

Article 3

The Payment

At Byoux Mex-up you have a secure payment method. All transactions are in euros and we accept the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card and debit card. All prices on the website are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

Article 4

The shipping costs

Byoux Mex-up ships with DHL within the Netherlands and to selected other European countries.

Shipping costs are:

Within the Netherlands:
- with Track & Trace: €4.00

To Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and Sweden:

with Track & Trace: €10.00

To Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia:
- with Track & Trace: €16.00

To Finland, Ireland, Poland and Portugal:
- with Track & Trace: €12.00

Article 5. | Delivery

Byoux Mex-up has one delivery method with PostNL.

We will do our best to send orders as soon as possible after receiving payment. Up to and including the time of delivery, Byoux Mex-up bears the responsibility for the order. After delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you. In the event that a product is not delivered within the expected period, it is not possible to make a claim. However, we will always make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time.

Article 6 Return & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your delivery. It must be as good as new, unworn and in the original packaging and we will issue after we receive it. We are unable to accept returned jewelry which is not in perfect condition. For hygiene reasons, earring changes are not accepted.

A return or exchange must always be notified to us first via info@mex-up.nl. You can return the package together with your name & order number to:

The cost and responsibility of a return shipment are yours. Refunds shall be made within 14 days of receipt and verification. Byoux Mex-up can only transfer the amount you get back to the account with which the original payment was made.
